Industry Champion Award

In July 2025, we were honoured to receive the Industry Champion Award from East Sussex County Council. This award recognises our strong commitment to supporting careers education in local schools during the academic year.

Hailsham foodbank Donations

We provide ongoing support Hailsham foodbank regularly donating boxes of food and essential items.

Supporting Local Employment and Businesses

We are committed to strengthening the local economy by ensuring that at least 90% of our workforce on each project is locally sourced.
We actively collaborate with ex-armed forces personnel, local job centres, schools, and training providers to offer:

• Apprenticeships

• Work experience placements

• Training programmes

Many school students who complete work experience with us go on to secure apprenticeships and long-term employment within our team

Voluntary work

We are proud to carry out voluntary work for our local council. These efforts support sustainability and community wellbeing.
