Ipswich Borough Council Solar Panels

In April 2015, Ecosphere Renewables completed a contract to install 433 kWp of Solar PV across 12 sites for Ipswich Borough Council after a lengthy tendering process. This included several sheltered schemes and Fore Street Pool.

Ecosphere Renewables was chosen as the delivery partner after demonstrating the best value in quality, design and project management.   An important requirement of the project was maximising the available rooftop and returns for the council which Ecosphere achieved by installing Sunpower E20 327 watt panels at the time the most efficient panels available providing 25% more power per meter squared.

• Structural Surveys including undertaking roof strengthening works
• Resident Liaison including presentations to care homes residents.
