UK Renewable Energy Grants
The installs for Corrosion Technology Services (CTS) and Mildenhall Auto came about as a result of an initiative created by a conglomerate of West Suffolk councils. The councils got together to encourage local businesses to reduce CO2 emissions by offering to procure quotes from solar installation companies. We were successful in our bid for the sites listed.
The install for CTS, which took place in May of 2017, entailed mounting panels across an east/west facing trapezoidal pitched roof using the Clenergy pitched roof mounting system. The benefit of this is to spread production of electricity more evenly over the course of the day.
The installs at Mildenhall Auto, which took place in May 2017, comprised of three adjacent units (7-9) on a pitched trapezoidal roofs. The systems were mounted using the Clenergy pitched roof mounting system.
