Neil Catt is CBE’s Contract Director who brings huge levels of innovation and has been a valued Manager since his early days as a Site Supervisor prior to his move into senior management.

Neil can found leading multiple projects to completion and is at the forefront of moves to maximise the opportunities of the various contracts and Clients we are partner with.

As a father of two young girls, Neil is a dedicated socialiser and keen sportsman.
