I am the key administrator on reception liaising with Wealden District Council and their tenants and our engineers to programme and book in a whole range of renewable works. I ensure all jobs are carried out in the most efficient way possible using various online tools and software packages including RAM vehicle tracking Dropbox and our CRM database ”cypher”. I also receive all the engineers’ paperwork and allocate details into our CRM database, collating job information and preparing information to be passed back to the contract managers.
I have 13 years’ experience in a customer service role, 10 of those years in the banking industry. I pride myself on delivering outstanding customer service and dealing efficiently with and problems that may arise.
